═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
Explanation
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
Checks, if the Receiver of a message is known to the System. If not, the
MCS will send a message to the sender of the message, that he has to check
the spelling of the receiver's name and that he use eg. BMM to fix this.
If the Sender is unknown, the message will be deleted. You can run this
module in EchoConferences too, because only private not-received msgs are
checked.
You can run this option within NetMail Areas.
If you are using the MsgArea-Parameter, you can delete MSGs of another
MsgArea than the Default-Area.
eg JLUTIL /CM ?
or JLUTIL /CM E:\GT\MSGLOGON
